Webmasters

  • Please do not send support questions to the webmaster. Such mail to the webmaster will not be answered and will be redirected to our support page (see above).

General Mail Lists

  • The most popular mail lists are listed here.
  • Read the Guidelines before posting, and recall, all mail is public. We expect all who post to a list to abide by the Guidelines. Our lists are friendly and productive forums and we try to keep them that way.

We have adopted the following process for handling direct queries:

  1. Webmasters Mail.
Send only mail related to administrative things, such as password, and login problems. The webmaster will try to answer your questions within a week or (also within a week) will route your query to the best possible list.
    • Do not send mail to webmasters having to do with how to use OpenOffice.org.
  2. Mail on other subjects:
    • If you have questions relating to using OpenOffice.org the product, see our Support page
  3. If you are not subscribed to a certain list, it is nevertheless possible to search the lists archives for answers on questions like yours. Archives of the most popular lists are on the Mail List page.
  4. For mail having to do with other things...

See our Projects page for a summary of some of the projects we host with links to the available discussion lists.
